Fees in KIK special libraries

(1) Fees of services - include the VAT

      a) Registration fee: HUF 3000/year

      b) Overdue charge: HUF 20/day/item

      c) Fee for replacement of barcode: HUF 500/pc.

      d) Photocopying from the stock of the library for the following day: size A/4 - HUF 15/page

      e)  Photocopying

                   i. black and white:

      size A/4: HUF 15

      size A/3: HUF 30

                   ii. colour (in KIK Technical and Economic Special Library):

      size A/4: HUF 110

      size A/3: HUF 210

       f) Printing

     i. black and white:

      size A/4: HUF 20

      size A/3: HUF 40

     ii. colour (in KIK Technical and Economic Special Library)

      size A/4: HUF 140

      size A/3: HUF 280

       g) Scanning: size A4 and A3: HUF 10/page

       h) Fee of replacement of lost or damaged document: (in accordance with 3/1975 KM–PM order)

                   In the case of printed item:

a) user can provide worthwhile replacement for the original document

− worthwhile replacement

− fee for book accessories: HUF 500/pc

(book card, book edge, barcode, security fittings, stock markings)  

b)  user cannot provide worthwhile replacement for the original document

− photocopying fee (number of pages according to bibliographic record x photocopy fee)

− binding fee: HUF 1000/pc

− fee for book accessories: HUF 500/pc

                          c) In the case of AV documents:

− if the AV document is separate item: value in collection

− if the AV document is an attachment to a printed document: HUF 700/pc

          d) In the case of CD-ROM and floppy attachments: HUF 1000/pc

      i) Fee of interlibrary loan:

Invoice issued by the provider library, besides 800 Ft (cost of return postage)
